Rules for Using Honeyvie

Honeyvie provides artificial-intelligence tools that transform your inputs into themed visual creations. Feature sets, models, and availability may change without advance notice as we iterate on the product.

Personal information is managed under our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Processing is limited to what is necessary to operate, secure, and improve Honeyvie.
• Uploaded images are analyzed only to fulfill your generation request. Related data is erased once processing completes and is never repurposed for identification.

• Renewal Cycle: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period. Charges are applied to your store account shortly before renewal.
• How to Cancel: Subscriptions must be cancelled through your device's App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We cannot cancel on your behalf.

You may not use Honeyvie to:

• Produce, share, or promote content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or exploit the service for unauthorized commercial gain.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

All rights in the Honeyvie software, branding, designs, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended creative purposes.

You keep ownership of materials you submit. To deliver the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and adapt that content as needed. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems.

Honeyvie is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. You bear the risk of using AI-generated outputs and should review results before sharing them publicly.

Where permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Honeyvie.

• Changes: We may amend these terms to reflect product updates or legal requirements. Revised terms take effect once published.
• Law & Disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules]. Parties shall first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of [Jurisdiction].
